| Responsibility:1. Follow, review and deploy the HR policy, procedures and guideline 2. Recruit, train, develop and motivate people to meet the company business requirements3. Develop the yearly training plan, manpower plan and budget4. Organize the yearly performance appraisal, salary review and bonus proposal5. Partner with line managers to solve business problems and improve the employee relation continuously6. Provide HR information and HR related report to management7. Maintain good relationship with Local authorities8. Monitor the HR administrative issues and office administrative work such as canteen supply, transportation, security, etc. Requirements:1. Bachelor Degree or above2. More than 5 years HR experience in multinational company, at least 2 years in managerial position3. Be familiar with local labor law and policies4. Strong communication, good customer service attitude and influencing skills5. Good team player, with strong sense of responsibility6. Good English in both speaking and writing |
